About our Speakers

Presenter Bios:
Lori Davis, M.AmSat
, Certified Alexander Technique Teacher: Rediscover Movement
After trying various remedies and treatments for her chronic back, neck, jaw, and knee pain due to gymnastics injuries (she was outstanding on the balance beam) and the stress of working at a computer for many hours, Lori learned about the Alexander Technique from her physical therapist. After completing 1600 hours of class work and study, Lori was awarded her AmSat Certification and launched reDiscover Movement in 2008. For Lori, helping people move beyond pain is the greatest reward she can imagine. She loves to see the relief in the faces of the students she works with and to teach them skills to manage their pain

Ada Boje, Health Touch Massage Center
Ada Boje, Licensed Massage Therapist and inspirational owner of Health Touch Massage Center, offers hands-on instruction for her clients to participate in the releasing of their maximum energy.  For the past 16 years, Ada has been helping a wide variety of clients acquire a greater understanding of the interaction between their body, mind and spirit with the primary intention of leading to a well-balanced and centered life.

Ada, herself, is a lifetime learner.  Having worked in the corporate world in San Francisco, Ada fully understands the physical stresses connected to the speed of life, the pressures of work and the balancing of the two.

Belinda Balogh, Boomer Fitness Solutions
Belinda, Certified Personal Trainer and owner of Boomer Fitness Solutions empowers her clients to live life without limits. Belinda provides both semi-private group sessions and individual fitness programs that are personalized to fit each participant’s lifestyle and fitness goals.  While Belinda has 30+ years of extensive experience in various exercise methods, Belinda also worked 20 years in the “cubicle world” of Corporate America.

Belinda works with each client, one-on-one, to understand specific fitness situations, motivations, needs and goals, and will craft a fitness program that is most appropriate with gentle assertiveness. Additionally, Belinda will work in tandem with one’s physician to ensure that the fitness programs she recommends won’t place one in harm’s way. For Belinda, there’s nothing quite as fulfilling as watching someone grow in their health/fitness and overall confidence.
